Liquid Web provides support 24/7/365 by chat or support case (ticket) through its customer portal, with a dedicated migration team. Servers come with self-managed, core managed or fully managed support levels, which decide how much of the OS, control panel and security work Liquid Web handles. A phone number is listed for sales only. In Websiteplanet's managed VPS review, live chat answered within seconds and the test server showed 100% uptime over several weeks. We have not contacted support ourselves for this update.

What is included with managed WordPress?
Managed WordPress and WooCommerce plans cost $9, $19 or $29/mo for one site and include DDoS protection, a web application firewall, an edge CDN powered by Cloudflare, Object Cache Pro and Kadence Security Pro. Backups are kept for 7, 14 or 30 days depending on the plan, and Pro and Elite add staging sites. Annual billing saves 10%.
What should you watch out for?
Liquid Web's support runs through chat and support cases rather than a published support phone line. The 1,000% downtime credit applies to Liquid Web's own SLA and is capped at one month's fee; managed WordPress runs under the Nexcess SLA, which pays 5% of the monthly fee per extra 15 minutes of downtime. Liquid Web's published tariff limits the 30-day money-back guarantee to shared hosting and excludes VPS and dedicated servers, so confirm refund terms with sales before you buy.
Is Liquid Web right for you?
Good fit if you need real infrastructure ownership, root-level access, and fast, US-based support, and you are running a business that can absorb a higher price than budget shared hosting.
Better to avoid if you are launching a first personal site or blog on a tight budget. Liquid Web has no all-in-one site builder and its plans start noticeably higher than consumer-focused hosts.
